The Ritz Carlton hosts
the Festival of Food & Wine Cuisine," generally in early September.
Then later in the fall, around mid-November, the Ritz marks the arrival of
Beaujolais Nouveau direct from France, with the Beaujolais Nouveau

In-store wine consultant, Frank Aquino. Publix
offers a "Wine Tasting Festival" several times throughout the
year. The "festival" is popular, with hundreds of people turning out for
this event. Female wine vendors, looking quite
glamorous in long evening gowns, present their wines to the public and a
happy group of Publix shoppers. Hot and cold hors d'oeuvres are
also offered to complement the wines.

The Spa & Shops at Amelia Island
Plantation
Gourmet grocer, Marche' Burette has a large wine selection, located
in the new shopping village, The Spa & Shops, at Amelia Island
Plantation, on A1A on the south-end of Amelia Island.
Amelia Wine Festival
The annual Amelia Wine Fest
is held at Amelia Island Plantation's Spa & Shops in May each year, in the shopping village located
directly off A1A (at the first roundabout if you're traveling south on
A1A). When the Plantation organizes an event, it's a first-class
production! The Plantation's Wine Fest features several wineries, and offers
